If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Warranty Compensation:

Items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team, we will allow a return for a refund and or an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging. Once we receive the item, we will offer you compensation.
erren5.com charge $ 5.00 restocking fee on non-faulty delivery or damaged merchandises.

Outfibbags will refound Credits or charges due to the original credit card. 

Return Costs:

Please note that customers need to cover the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers need to provide us the tracking details for their package and we will monitor the return. We will process any compensation once we have received the items.

erren5.com will pay for shipping cost on delivery errors or damaged merchandises. 
Our mistakes will cost you nothing.
